Holiday Schedule 2024-2025 — Residential Collection

THANKSGIVING DAY (THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 28th):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• PRINCE WILLIAM, FAUQUIER, FAIRFAX AND LOUDOUN COUNTY RESIDENTS (except for residents in the Town of Leesburg):
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, November 30th.
• TOWN OF LEESBURG RESIDENTS ONLY:
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, November 29th.
  • Friday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, November 30th.

CHRISTMAS DAY (WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 25th):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• ALL RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS (including residents in the Town of Leesburg) – ALL SERVICES FOR THE WEEK WILL BE MOVED ONE DAY TO THE RIGHT:
  • Wednesday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Thursday, December 26th.
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, December 27th.
  • Friday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, December 28th.

NEW YEAR’S DAY (WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 1st):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• ALL RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS (including residents in the Town of Leesburg) – ALL SERVICES FOR THE WEEK WILL BE MOVED ONE DAY TO THE RIGHT:
  • Wednesday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Thursday, January 2nd.
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, January 3rd.
  • Friday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, January 4th.

CHRISTMAS TREE COLLECTION:

• Christmas trees will be collected during the first full 2 weeks of January (January 6 – January 18) on your yard waste collection day. If you don’t know what your yard waste collection day is, please contact your HOA Office or our customer service department.
• All tinsel and decorations must be removed, and trees should not be placed in plastic bags.

If a tree is placed curbside for collection on yard waste collection day and is not picked up, please advise residents to LEAVE IT OUT at the curb and collection will be completed as soon as possible.

• ALL COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS:
  • Once-weekly customers will be serviced on another day during the week.
  • Commercial customers with more than once-weekly pickup will not have service on Thursday, November 28th. Trash/recycling services will resume on your next-regularly scheduled pickup day.

CHRISTMAS DAY (WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 25th):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• ALL COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS:
  • Once-weekly customers will be serviced on another day during the week.
  • Commercial customers with more than once-weekly pickup will not have service on Wednesday, December 25th. Trash/recycling services will resume on your next-regularly scheduled pickup day.
